Helping Veterans in Transition
Mission: Honor Courage Commitment is a nonprofit organization that recruits, educates, mentors, and guides transitioning military veterans into becoming socially responsible entrepreneurs and community leaders.
The U.S. government invests billions of tax dollars to train the men and women of the armed forces to become effective leaders on the battlefield. Honor Courage Commitment furthers that investment by supporting veterans in harnessing those critical skills outside the theater of war. Effective military leadership and discipline is directly correlated to the talents needed to be a successful entrepreneur.

HCC’s mission is more important today than any other time in recent history. U.S. unemployment rates have reached record highs, and these statistics are even higher for veterans. Veterans who file for unemployment benefits are wasting asset resources and are taxing to our nation. These transitioning veterans are not lacking in skill, but rather the necessary guidance to transfer their skill sets to business and the community.
HCC programs include: Starting A Business Boot Camp, Veteran Employment, and Veteran Business Incubator.
